about us:

The Evali Athletics Sports Club opened its doors to the residents of Sillamäe in July 2001. In over 20 years of operation, we’ve become the heart of the city’s sports scene, where both champions and enthusiasts train.

During this time, the club has organized sections for boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, judo, athletic gymnastics, and tennis. Our athletes have consistently participated in and frequently won prizes at national and international competitions. Their successes are a source of history and pride not only for the club and the city but for Estonia as well.

The club’s coaches are masters and professionals in their field, and they’re active, creative individuals.

Currently, our club offers some of the most intense group workouts, including CROSSCORE and Cross training.

The gym remains popular among those who prefer to train independently or with a personal trainer.

Our tennis courts are available for booking seven days a week.

We also organize training camps and off-site sports events.

crosscore

CrossCore is a training system based on working with suspension equipment featuring a movable pulley and rope (similar to TRX, but with dynamic resistance capabilities).

The main feature of CrossCore is its rotating pulley system, which adds instability and allows for the engagement of more stabilizing muscles. This makes workouts more functional and closer to real-life movements.

Be better than yesterday

With CrossCore, you can perform both basic exercises (squats, push-ups, rows) and advanced movements with an emphasis on strength, balance, coordination, and endurance. It is suitable for all fitness levels — from rehabilitation to athletic training.

CROSSTRAINING

 

Crosstraining is a workout format that combines different types of physical activity: strength exercises, cardio, functional movements, stretching, and endurance work.

Goal — comprehensively develop the body, improve physical fitness, and avoid adaptation to monotonous loads. Today a barbell, tomorrow a jump rope and an endurance workout — no boredom, no stagnation.
